January 2006 – Erin Rucker has taken a step up in the family business, being promoted to chief operations officer of Rucker Performance. “Erin provides the continuation of our family-style management and shows a commitment to our customers, vendors and employees,” says proud pop and company president Bill Rucker. “Erin’s background in the motorcycle business has increased her abilities to direct her staff and develop a smooth operation.” Erin led the company as acting CEO managing the business and producing strong sales during its first year while Bill recovered from a motorcycle accident.
