NTQC announces The Purchase Of Hallcraft Industries' Assets

Dec 2006 – NTQC, a North Texas Corporation, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Hallcraft Industries, one of the motorcycle industry's leading wire wheel manufacturers. NTQC is compromised of a group of private investors including Erin Rucker of Rucker Performance.
Hallcraft Industries was originally founded in 1966. The company has continued to be one of the oldest and well known brands in the industry for its quality, high end wire wheels. Hallcraft has produced the latest in spoke wheel technology.
With the purchase of Hallcraft Industries, NTQC plans to re-launch the Hallcraft product line in Cincinnati at the V-Twin Expo with an entire new line of trend-setting, high-end wire wheels. All wheels include bearings, seals, spacers and valve stems.
"NTQC is proud to reintroduce Hallcraft Industries into the motorcycle marketplace once again," said Erin Rucker, NTQC investor. "Hallcraft Industries has a history of producing wire wheels with the highest standards and machine work."
Rucker Performance Motorcycle Company will distribute the Hallcraft wheels, available to the public in January 2007.
