July 2006 - Rucker Performance Sponsors 2006 AHDRA Lonestar Nationals
Rucker Performance sponsored the All Harley Drag Racing Association's 2006 Rucker Performance Lonestar Nationals presented by Drag Specialties during the weekend of April 21-23 in Ennis, Texas at the Texas Motorplex. More than 5,700 fans attended and 273 competitors participated in the events.
The weekend events began with a kick start party on Friday, April 21, at the Rucker Performance facility in Ft. Worth, Texas, that featured Gene Snow's dragster, free food, race bikes, custom motorcycles and hot rods on display.
"We are proud to be a national sponsor for the AHDRA," said Bill Rucker, President. "Rucker Performance is committed to working with the AHDRA to build awareness of drag racing and high performance in the motorcycle industry."
Race winner results included some of the top names in drag racing such as Jay Turner in the Screamin' Eagle Top Fuel class, Armon Furr for Jim's Pro Fuel, Rick Moore in Pro Drag, Dale Raudenbush in S&S Pro Gas, and Shawn Vantucci in the Rucker Performance Super Gas class.
