Bike manufacturer Bill Rucker and dealer extraordinaire Bruce Rossmeyer plan to customize 120 pre-owned police, fire and rescue Road Kings and sell them under Rucker’s Enforcer line. The '05 and '06 bikes will undergo complete face-lifts, including wide tire conversions, new motors, new chrome, custom wheels, and more. Rossmeyer says he plans to offer his full bike care warranty, similar to the H-D fender-to-fender warranty, with all purchases.
