Rucker Performance Releases A Copperhead
by NOMAD / Easyriders
November 2004 – When we told some folks that there were Copperheads migrating out of Texas, they replied: “You morons, ain’t no copperheads In Texas!” We merely smiled and said, “There are now. These are Copperheads with a capital C. And they’re plenty venomous.”
As they stared at us blankly, we proceeded to explain:
Motorcycle manufacturer Bill Rucker of Rucker Performance custom motorcycles in Fort Worth, Texas, recently spawned a 124-inch, polished S&S 6-speed, drop-seat chopper that he christened—Copperhead. The bike’s goodies, though, don’t cease with those just mentioned.
The Copperhead was the first to roll out of Rucker’s new production facility, but the company tells us there are several more to follow such as Gauntlet, Warlord and Assassin. Keep your eyes open.
