The 1st Sunday show will run from 1 to 7 p.m. at Rucker Performance’s new location at 5518 E. Belknap in Haltom City. Registration starts at 1 p.m. with judging from 3 to 5 p.m. Awards will be give out at 6 p.m.
The public is welcome to attend and view the entries, as well as tour Rucker Performance’s new facilities. The event will also feature music and radio remote with Jennifer Reed from 93.3. FM, “The Bone,” who will be giving away Texas Rangers tickets and other prizes.
“We think our 1st Sunday shows will be a lot of fun, both for our entrants and the public, who are welcome to stop by, look over the entries and tour our facilities,” said Bill Rucker, president and CEO of Rucker Performance, “When we started this company, we said we wanted to have fun designing and building our bikes, working on “muscle cars” interacting with our customers and becoming an active part of the community. Regular events like this are just one way to achieve that and become known as we’re ramping up the business.”
Rucker Performance also features a custom body and paint shop for both motorcycles and cars. Its parts department features an old-fashioned parts counter, complete with bar stools where customers can sit at the counter and discuss their performance needs while dealing with Rucker’s professional staff.
