Tommy Eddleman - Automotive Shop Manager

Tommy Eddleman was named the Automotive Shop Manager to lead the Rucker Performance hot rod division. In his role, Tommy manages the procurement of all automotive parts and the production of hot rod and muscle cars from start to finish.

An experienced automotive technician and parts sales veteran, Eddleman started learning about mechanics and refurbishing cars from his father at the young age of four. In high school, he worked in a paint and body shop. From there he moved into the parts business, working with antique cars for several years.

Tommy continued to work in Parts Sales for the next five years, becoming an accredited Parts Salesman with a strong reputation for excellent customer service and efficiency in several of the top dealerships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He spent the next 17 years at the Buz Post dealership in Arlington and served as the Director of Parts Sales, turning one parts sales department at a single dealership with only four employees into a reputable parts system with five different car lines, multiple locations and more than 25 employees.

Tommy's passion is building hot rod cars, a pastime he has had since he was 17 years old. He believes that there is always a better way to make a car look and run better. Indeed he is doing just that at Rucker Performance.
