Juan Porras

Paint and Body Shop Manager

Juan Porras is the Paint and Body Shop Manager at Rucker Performance. He coordinates the daily operations of body work and paint for both the custom motorcycle and hot rod restoration sides of Rucker Performance.

Porras brings more than fifteen years experience in the paint and body industry to Rucker Performance. He has been with Rucker Performance for the past three years. Prior to Rucker Performance, Juan managed and trained the paint and body department at American IronHorse Motorcycle Company for eight years.

He has numerous responsibilities in both the paint and body aspects of the business. From body work to creating the paint colors to layout, Juan always strives to complete an impeccable paint job.

"I am a perfectionist with my work," Porras said. "I have created a process to streamline all of the steps. It is important for me to train team members at the company with this same philosophy."

In the shop, Juan has worked on many of the special projects for Rucker Performance such as the Shelby Bike, Pro Mod Road Kings, and Assassin Trike built for the 2007 Easyriders Centerfold Tour.

"Efficiency is the key to our success," Juan said. "I want to always maintain great systems and quality products and services here at Rucker Performance."
