Erin Rucker currently serves as the Operations Officer at Rucker Performance, a leading designer and manufacturer of American muscle bikes and custom choppers. Directing sales, dealer relations and administration initiatives, Erin ensures that the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Erin Rucker has strong roots in the custom v-twin industry. She spent years as the protege of her father, Bill Rucker, founder and former CEO of American IronHorse Motorcycle Company. At a young age, Erin observed Bill Rucker building a booming business, dedicating many hours to the operations and strategy of a young company. Years later, she served as a member of the American IronHorse marketing team, participating in special events, dealer relations and apparel. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.

Today, Erin is a part of a new company, Rucker Performance. She has made her mark - meeting unexpected challenges and succeeding against many odds. In August of 2004, Erin had to take the reins of Rucker Performance. After Bill Rucker's motorcycle accident following a trip to Sturgis, Erin led the company as acting CEO in her father's absence. Working with suppliers and completing orders, Erin managed the business and produced strong sales during its first year.

When asked about her role in the thriving Rucker Performance motorcycle company, she responds, "I am dedicated to my family, our history and the strong business that we build today. I believe in our products, the riding experience and the quality of delivering a motorcycle that not only sets records for its technical innovation but challenges the industry standards with ingenious design and award winning paint.
