Ron Cogburn, President of Meridian Consulting Group, contracted Bill Rucker, to build a new 1932 Ford Convertible. Cogburn’s Hot Rod rolls with the top of the line Stage III chassis and the premium all steel 1932 Dearborn Deuce Convertible™ body from Hot Rods and Horsepower and is designed with a fully disappearing top.
