Todd Miller wasn’t looking for just any custom manufactured motorcycle – he already owned several. He knew Bill Rucker and the Rucker Performance team’s work as masters of complete custom one-off bikes.
Todd Miller commissioned Rucker Performance to build a chopper style bike that reflected Todd and his career as a renaissance man. An apparel store owner, a finance man and once a wrestler, Todd wanted his bike to represent him and cause a chain reaction of stares, awe and envy as he rode down the street.
With an initial idea in mind, he consulted with Bill on the layout of the bike, the requirements he was looking for – Springer front end, 3D Jaws wheels, adjustable air-ride suspension, Flame thrower kit, Edlebrock NOS kit – and a Hawaiian themed pin up girl graphic paint design. Once the plan was set, the Rucker Performance team engineered and started to build the bike of Todd’s dreams.

Blue Hawaiian custom chopper
Rucker Performance Director of Design Carl Tyndell created nine airbrushed Hawaiian pin up girls. The bike features a light blue pearl basecoat with darker blue ghosted Hawaiian-themed graphics as a background for the pin up girls and Hawaiian scenes. The bike also displays the Blue Hawaiian logo. Some of the most notable details on the bike are several pin up girls located on the neck and sissy bar gussets as well as the one-of-a-kind Blue Hawaiian seat as highlighted in the photos.
